nice to meet you, I’m Olivia.
I started my clinical social work career working with families involved with child protective services in Manhattan and the Bronx. This work revealed to me how stability can help repair the destructive effects of familial and systemic trauma. I view the core of my work through this lens: providing clients a stable environment that allows for growth and healing.
My path has since taken me to community mental health clinics in Queens and Brooklyn, as well as a private group practice in Manhattan. I have enjoyed working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and have consistently found that healing happens in the context of connection.
I am currently pursuing training in contemporary relational psychoanalysis at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC, with the goal of becoming a psychoanalyst. This path has provided me with a consistent learning space to deepen my practice.
I have a special interest in the therapeutic use of psychedelics and am fascinated by the ways that journeying with psychedelics and/or microdosing can be used together with or separate from psychotherapy.
I am excited to embark on this journey of finding deeper meaning and purpose with you.

I am an in-network provider for the following health insurance: Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Healthcare. If your plan offers benefits for out-of-network providers, you may be fully or partially reimbursed for our sessions according to your plan.
Please contact me for more information regarding fees and services. I use a sliding scale and may be able to accommodate different circumstances. If we are not able to work together, I can often recommend another therapist or resource.
