Individual Psychotherapy
I am licensed to provide psychotherapy in New York and am working by HIPAA compliant video telehealth and in-person sessions at my office in New York City.
I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore obstacles that you may feel are holding you back from accessing a fuller life. My goal is to help you connect more to your authentic self while shedding what no longer serves you. This often involves rewriting parts of your life story. We will work at your pace to explore a deeper understanding of the heaviness and wounds you may carry in order to explore avenues for growth and evolution. My style is open, warm, and compassionate.
I use psychodynamic psychotherapy and emphasize patients’ strengths in my work with adults and adolescents. I am interactive in sessions and see my patients as partners in a process of exploration and discovery. Together we will create a space where all parts of you are welcome. Attachment theory is a foundation of my practice, and I prioritize the relationship between myself and my clients as a catalyst for healing.
I specialize in working with, but am not limited to, issues stemming from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, sex, family, and relationship difficulties. However, if there is a good fit between us, we can work collaboratively on other challenges that may be bringing you to treatment.
